Community Hub Timetable Each week the following services will be available in the hospital atrium to provide information and support on a drop-in basis:   Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday AM 9am-1pm Lifeline - Drug and Alcohol Support Redcar & Cleveland Mind -Mental Health Service (fortnightly from 04.04.17) Homecall – Independent Living Services NECA Gambling Support Service (fortnightly from 20.04.17) Citizens Advice Bureau PM 1pm-5pm Community Agents - Community Support Service - Mental Health Service No service Please turn over for more information on what each service can provide. Prevention work regarding alcohol and drug use and awareness raising. MONDAY: AM Lifeline work with individuals, families and communities both to prevent and reduce harm, to promote recovery, and to challenge the inequalities linked to alcohol and drug misuse, this includes: Support to individuals with a drug and/or alcohol addiction to reduce dependency and enable recovery (this is provided through a wide range of services and approaches). MONDAY: PM The aim of the Community Agents Service is to enable vulnerable people to remain independent in their own homes, particularly those who live alone and those who are frail and elderly. We are a One-Stop Shop for information, signposting and referral on to voluntary or statutory services. Some of the services we can help with are; Help with shopping Arrange transport to the GP surgery or hospital appointments. TUESDAY: ALL DAY Who are we and what do we do? We are a mental health organisation who provide emotional and practical support to adults. Our Mental Health Practitioners provide 1 to 1 confidential support for adults with mild to moderate mental health problems. WEDNESDAY: AM Homecall offer a 24/7 service to keep elderly & vulnerable people independent at home for as long as possible. The service has 24/7 monitoring and response to emergency situations (response within 18 minutes). THURSDAY: AM NECA is a registered charity whose key focus is to improve the lives of individuals and communities throughout the region.
