Setting Lifestyle Goals

Lifestyle Goals Lifestyle goals are the way you want to spend your time, energy, and resources in the future. Ask Yourself What do you want to accomplish in life? Do you want to raise a family? Where do you want to live? Do you want to travel? How much money do you want to make? Do you want to own your own business?

What are values? Values are the principles that you want to live by and the beliefs that really matter to you. Your values could include... Responsibility Relationships Compassion Courage Achievement Recognition Artistic Expression

Aptitudes and Abilities Aptitude is your potential for learning a certain skill. Ability is a skill you have already developed. If you continue to study and train within the areas of your aptitudes, they will become your skills.

Your Personality and Learning Styles Personality is the combination of your attitudes, behaviors, and characteristics. Self-concept is the way you see yourself. Learning styles are the different ways that people think and learn.
