Petsana Child care Forum Community Service (NPO) In pride we serve

Petsana Child Care Forum background Petsana Child Care Forum is a non- profit Organization, established March 2005 registered 07 December 2005 with the directorate of Social Development. This Organization was established by 20 volunteers, after realizing the high rate of HIV/AIDS to Orphans and other Children made Vulnerable by the pandemic. We also realize that people living with HIV/AIDS & TB need care and support.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES To provide care and support for people living with HIV and AIDS To mobilize lobby and advocacy to people living with HIV and AIDS To provide community home based care and counseling to people who are infected and affected by HIV/AIDS To increase awareness in other to increase behavior change To initiate well targeted multimedia information, awareness campaign and Education, which promotes the right and well being of people living with HIV/AIDS.

MISSION AND VISION Vision To provide Palliative care services to all in our community and ensure that OVC’s get opportunities to develop their full potential. Mission Petsana Child Care Forum educates, informs and support people living with HIV/AIDS, TB and other related alignments, and their families by providing health services and referrals.

Achievements Up to so far we are having the following number’s from 2016-2017 Petsana Child Care Forum appointed as pick up point for Chronic diseases by National Department of Health CCMDD and we also started adherence Clubs for patients. Home based care service 200 patients who are receiving services from PCCF. Support group 80 members who are receiving education services from Petsana Child Care Forum. Orphans and Vulnerable Children who was receiving services from Petsana Child Care Forum.
