objective My objective is to make a really beautiful real life working lava lamp just using these objects

You will need: Water Clear plastic bottle or jar Vegetable oil Food colouring Alka seltzer

method Pour ¼ of water into bottle Pour vegetable oil till it is almost full Wait till water and oil seperated Add a few drops of food colouring Cut an alka seltzer in 5-6 pieces When bubbling stops add another one and enjoy the show

conclusion This happened because of the chemical reaction between the vinegar, water and pill and the fact that It kept being turned over which would make the bottle used to this and already have the feeling of the colours going up and down
