Region Developer Program How does the program work? RD buys a territory size of 2.5 to 3 million people. This territory can support 15 to 20 franchise units. RD sells unit franchises in their exclusive territory. When RD sells a franchise they share in the initial franchise fee and receive a percentage of the ongoing royalty stream.

Region Developer Program Revenue Splits: RD receives 93% of initial franchise fee for the first 2 years. After 2 years the RD receives 75% of the initial franchise fee. RD receives a split of the ongoing royalties. First 4 stores the royalty split is 2/3 H-1 and 1/3 RD After the 5th store is opened the royalty split is 50% H-1 and 50% RD for all stores.
Region Developer Program Example of Annuity Stream 15 Stores open and they’re doing an average of $814,255 per year or $67,854 per month. 3% royalty = $2035.63 per unit per month. Multiply that by the 15 units = $30,534.56 per month = $458,018.41 for the 15 units for 12 months. Does not include the 75% split of the franchise fees received
