CLTD Eligibility Requirements Apply to take the APICS CLTD exam To earn your APICS CLTD designation, you must pass one comprehensive exam. Prior to taking the exam, you must be eligible. Eligibility applications must be received two weeks prior to the day you register for the exams. To be eligible for the APICS CLTD designation, you must have: 3 years of related business experience or Bachelor’s degree or the international equivalent*, or CTL, CSCP, CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM, SCOR-P, C.P.M., CSM or CPSM designations *APICS defines the international equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree as the level of study that would qualify an individual for a graduate program in the country where the undergraduate degree was earned. The eligibility requirements for the new CLTD Certification match the eligibility requirements for CSCP: 3 years of related business experience OR a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent OR one of the certification designations listed here.

APICS CLTD Exam Computer-based testing globally with Pearson VUE Scored exam available January 1, 2017 Contain 150 multiple-choice questions (20 pre-test questions) Candidates have 3.5 hours to complete Scaled score range 200-350, minimum passing score is 300 CLTD will have a single exam and is offered on demand) by Pearson VUE. The exam contains 150 questions – 20 of them pre-test, or non-scored questions. Candidates will have 3 ½ hours to complete the exam and we’ll use Scaled Scoring like other APICS Certification exams.

APICS CLTD Learning System Edition 2017, Version 1.0 The online tools will help you plan your study and walk you through the steps needed to prepare for and pass the CLTD exam. These web-based tools follow an Assess, Study and Practice path. There is also a Resource Center with additional tools and support. Just as with the CSCP Learning System, you will be able to access the web-based tools on your apple & android devices through responsive design technology; in other words, there is no additional “app” to download.

Ensuring Successful Transition Modules 2-5 as well as the new combined exam will be offered simultaneously during an extended interval providing individuals time to transition. The 10-year exam expiration policy for legacy BSCM exams will continue to be honored. For those who have passed a few exams, there will be less financial investment required to complete the legacy CPIM configuration. For those who have passed a few exams, waiting for the new combined exam will require a review of material that they were already tested on. If only taken BSMC finish with module 2, If taken BSCM and one additional decide what is best for the student If taken three modules recommend finish with legacy program – get in a class and test by December 2018, or take self study or on line course.
