Transfer Process Receipt of OFFICIAL transcripts from previous schools in Admissions Schools must be accredited AP & CLEP Exam Scores directly from College Board IB Exam Scores directly from International Baccalaureate International coursework must be accompanied by a course-by-course AACRAO evaluation Transcripts are electronically scanned in Admissions and placed in your file Once admitted, Transfer Services in the Registrar’s Office manually enters the coursework, reviews transcripts and evaluates coursework Articulation 301: Articulation and Transfer Credit registrar.umbc.edu
