AGL overview of project status Solar Plant The changing face of the Broken Hill Solar Plant Top: January 2015 (civil work) Middle: September 2015 (prior to final module) Bottom: October 2015 (full generation ~53 MW) Final module (total 677,760) was installed on Monday, 12 October 2105. Construction of the solar plant is complete  project is transitioning into operations. First generation commenced from 15 September 2015 and full generation was achieved on 14 October 2015. AGL is working with Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) and TransGrid to progress final commissioning (R2 testing). 2. AGL overview of project status Connection Works (CPP) 2 x 22kV transmission line was practically complete at the end of February 2015, including crossing of the ARTC rail. Operating protocol with TransGrid (Network Services Provider) has been finalised and executed. Feeder No.2 was energised on 1 July 2015. AEMO Market Price Cap (MPC) is currently $13 800/MWh (as at 1 July 2015) Generation from today, 11 November 2015 with actual pricing and forecast pricing based on expected generation. Weekly generation = 2,116.93 MWh (NSW pricing) Generation from the Hallett Hill Wind Farm (~71.4 MW) – 31 Oct – 6 Nov 2015. Weekly generation = 3,848.34 MWh (SA pricing) – NSW shown for comparison The NER set a maximum spot price > Broken Hill Solar Plant > 11 November 2015

AGL overview of project status Nyngan Solar Plant Generation @ the point of connection (commenced Saturday, 21 March 2015) Cumulative generation at 23:30hrs on Friday, 6 Nov 2015 was 107,299.43** MWh ** Gaps in June due to AEMO/EE SCADA – Nyngan was generation factored in cumulative total above > Broken Hill Solar Plant > 11 November 2015
