Additional Tips for Reducing Costs The earlier you register, the lower the registration price is. Forgo the pre-conference tutorials and only register for 3 days instead of 4. Attend SPTechCon closest to you: April 2 - 5, 2017 in Austin, TX or November 12-15 in Washington, D.C. Reservations at the conference hotel are available at a discounted rate. Once registered, discounts on United and/or Virgin America flights are provided. A discount on Uber for the city of the conference is provided about a week before the show. Offering to cover some of your travel costs can vastly improve your chances of getting approval to attend.
