Log in to EasyChair https://easychair.org/account/signin.cgi EasyChair account setup instructions are located at AMS-web.org under the “help” tab in the menu at the top of the page.
EasyChair Role Terminology - Track Chair – can monitor all activities within a specific track, including the track’s PC members/reviewers. - PC member – reviewers are listed as program committee (PC) members. PC members should only see papers assigned to them. Author – submitting author Subreviwers – DO NOT USE, I repeat, do not use subreviewers
Creating a Program Committee We are in the “PC” tab PC members/reviewers can be added by Track Chairs: Choose “Add a New PC member” from the menu in the upper right-hand corner
Creating a Program Committee Only add PC members/reviewers who have agreed to review in your track. You can enter all PC members/reviewers at once. All reviewers will receive an email and follow the same procedure you did to log into the EasyChair system. Important: please do not assign anyone as a subreviewer. Also, automatic assignment of PC members/reviewers is possible, but usually track chairs assign PC members/reviewers manually.
Creating a Program Committee For Track Chairs – add PC members/reviewers by listing their names and email addresses. Example: First Last <firstlast@whyuniv.edu> Or use the fill-in form.
Creating a Program Committee You now have a Program Committee (PC) to which you can assign individual papers/submissions for review. To view slides on how to assign these PC Members to individual papers for review, see the AMS-web.org website
