Agenda Background & Long Range Planning Committee Potential Opportunity The Board’s Goals Member Survey Feedback Darwin Introduction Potential Site Introduction Next Steps Q&A for Darwin Q&A for Board Close

Background Need for change Current state is unsustainable Size of Membership cannot support our aging facilities in the long-term. Risk of a major facility failure(s) led to the creation of the Relocation Committee nearly 4 years ago.

Relocation Committee Role - seek out potential North Shore sites and partners to allow a potential move. 5 parameters The location must be on the North Shore The location must be within 15 minutes of the highway There must be no disruption of services There must be no additional costs to the Members Must be of similar size & offering

Long Range Planning Committee Existing facility – due diligence Capital asset evaluation and plan Relocation Committee became part of the Long Range Planning Committee. 3 primary areas of focus: Relocation Amenities Replace/Renovate

Potential Opportunity We are very pleased to share this potential, time sensitive opportunity with our Members and introduce our potential partner. 4 key items to be stressed: No deal or agreements have been made The potential relocation might not happen The Membership will vote before any commitment The parameters of this opportunity could change
