2016 Efforts Dough Raiser at Slice On February 9th, 2016, the PHTS Foundation teamed up with Slice Pizza & Brew in Birmingham, AL to raise some dough! For patrons who brought in our event flyer, 10% of their check was donated to the PHTS Foundation. We raised $300!

CPK Pizza With A Purpose 2016 Efforts CPK Pizza With A Purpose $600 was raised when we partnered up with 10 California Pizza Kitchen locations across the country on May 11, 2016, to benefit the PHTS Foundation!

Sip & Shop at Kendra Scott 2016 Efforts Sip & Shop at Kendra Scott Kendra Scott in Birmingham, AL gave back 20% of all proceeds to the PHTS Foundation during our Sip & Shop event at the store on June 24th. We sipped, we shopped, and we raised $380!

2016 Efforts Hearts After Dark Took place on September 29th at Iron City in downtown Birmingham, AL Sponsored by KIRSO, Children’s of AL, & Blue Cross Blue Shield of AL Guests enjoyed a beer & wine open bar, food, a live band, speakers, and bidding on silent auction items and packages! Raised $10,000 Will be an annual event

2016 Efforts Belk Fall Charity Sale The PHTS Foundation took part in the Belk Fall Charity Sale on November 5th by working with the Belk location at the Galleria Mall in Birmingham, AL. The exclusive sale benefits local charities by donating a % of the ticket sales to each participating organization. Last year, the Belk Charity Sales raised more than $11 million for nonprofits! We are still awaiting the amount we will receive.

Ornament Sale – Happening Now! 2016 Efforts Ornament Sale – Happening Now! We are so excited to be partnering with Prodigal Pottery this holiday season to bring to you this exclusive, handmade Angel Heart Ornament to benefit the PHTS Foundation! Ornaments are $12 and 50% of the proceeds from every sale will be donated to us to help continue our mission. Ordering is OPEN NOW at phtsfoundation.org 93 ornaments sold already!

2016 Efforts Amazon Smile YOU SHOP, AMAZON GIVES! Amazon Smile is the same great Amazon you know- same products, same Amazon Prime benefits, and same convenience. But, if you shop through Amazon Smile, Amazon will donate a % of your total to the PHTS Foundation! Year to date, the PHTS Foundation has received $150 through the Amazon Smile program!

Pediatric Heart Transplant Guide Book 2017 Efforts Pediatric Heart Transplant Guide Book As part of the PHTS Foundation mission, this guidebook provides helpful information about heart transplantation in children to serve as an educational resource for parents and family members. Available online and now in print! Will be sending these out to centers to then distribute to individuals/families.

2nd Annual Hearts After Dark 2017 Efforts 2nd Annual Hearts After Dark Guests will enjoy a cocktail reception, seated dinner, speakers, and a live auction! Look for additional event details and sponsorship information soon!

2017 Efforts Beat Box Care package for children who receive a heart transplant at any of the PHTS participating centers Currently brainstorming age appropriate products and possible partnerships for the boxes to be sponsored and/or products to be donated.
