Parts Go over the parts of the navigation pane. Mail – Calendar – Contacts – Tasks

Respond to an email On the Home or Message tab, in the Respond group, click Reply, Reply All, or Forward. Be careful with Reply All. You can add or remove email addresses prior to sending.

Create a new email message In Mail, on the Home tab, in the New group, click New E-mail. Keyboard shortcut    To create an e-mail message, press CTRL+SHIFT+M.

Add an attachment to an email You may add an attachment or other item to a new or existing email. In the Message tab, in the Include group, select Attach File. This will open allow you to choose the file you would like to attach. You may also select Attach Item to add other items as attachments. Select Outlook Item and it will take you to the correct folder. You may want to attach other items. For example, when you attach another email. The person responding to the email will get their intended recipient.

Open or save an attachment A paperclip also tells you that your email contains an attachment. After opening your email, click on the attachment and the attachment tools will appear. You may then choose to open, save, or remove the attachment.
