Main QC checks Attributes Check and match with Primary Packaging   Product/Brand Tag/Product description page Brand Seal/Tag Barcode Sticker/EAN number MRP Color Size In box content and accessories Style Code Ideal For *For Combo & multi set products, QC should be performed separately.

General Guidelines Primary Packaging Brand Tag/sticker & Logo Primary brand packaging is mandatory Brand packaging should be undamaged and intact. Brand Tag/sticker & Logo Brand tag attached with the product is mandatory Brand name and logo should be clear on the tag and should match with Paytm’s product page SKU barcode on tag/sticker Barcode is not tampered and is properly readable No multiple/different bar coding on the single item Size All dimensions of size mentioned on the product box or the actual product should be matched with the product description on PayTm

General Guidelines MRP Color In Box Content & Accessories MRP on the tag should match the MRP mentioned in the product description on PayTm Color Colors of the product should exactly match the color mentioned on Paytm webpage (Image & Description). In Box Content & Accessories All the items mentioned in the product description page should be dispatched (eg. Extra laces in case of shoes, extra headphones) All items outside the brand-box or any freebie, if provided by the company or the vendor, should be dispatched in undamaged condition Ensure no partial shipping. Example: For a 3-Pc suit, all 3 items should be dispatched.

Apparels Specific Checks Attributes Descriptions  Sleeves Check whether sleeves of the product (full, half, roll on) is as per web page description. Necks Check whether necks of the product (Round, V Neck, Polo Neck) is as per web page description. Pattern Compare the pattern with web page & ensure the pattern is correct. Fabric Check fabric type is clearly mentioned on product/ brand tag / separate tag. Ensure it is readable. Fabric care Ensure tag is present and readable. Fabric Care refers to the directions for taking care of the product. Fit Check whether Fit of the product (Regular, Slim, Skinny) is as per web page description. Zippers/Buttons Ensure the buttons & zippers are placed in right position. They should be in proper working condition and not broken or damaged. Elastic Check the elastic, it should not be loose.
