Community gardening project Lawrence Weston Joint funded by Ambition Lawrence Weston and Bristol Public Health Aims to: improve local green space involve local residents in its development and upkeep provide meaningful activity and opportunities to socialise for older people enable residents to grow and eat their own fruit and vegetables.

The story so far… Ran 19 group sessions, with a total of 140 attendances by local residents Engaged older people and people with dementia in meaningful gardening activities Held 2 volunteer days Facilitated 36 hours of volunteer support to residents during sessions
