Czech national meals Enjoy your meal!

Christmas meal We mostly eat a fried carp with potato salad We sometimes have chicken meat and potatoes Before Christmas we bake special Christmas sweets For children we prepare juice and limonade, adults drink a glass of wine or champaigne

Easter meal Baked Easter Bunny   Ingredients : Flour 500g, sugar 300g, butter 125g, milk 150ml, 6 eggs, vanilla sugar, baking powder Preheat the oven with 200 hot air at 180 ° C. Form butter and sprinkle with a little flour. Beat eggs and egg yolks in a bowl with both types of sugar until foamy, add the lemon juice and flour. After that in another container beat egg whites stiff and gently stir into batter. Pour batter into, facial 'half molds, cover and place in the oven. Bake about thirty-five minutes, until nicely golden lamb; see for yourself by lifting gently molds and injected skewers - when it misses moist crumbs, it's done. Remove from the oven and an hour or two to wrap wet towels until completely cool. Carefully fold the lamb, sit on a serving plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, make small dents and insert raisins for eyes. You can also pour chocolate sauce . That is all.

National meal Dumplings with cabbage and pork This is a typical Czech meal. Dumplings are eaten boiled. Cabbage is cut and stewed. All do separately. All the Czechs love this food. Dumplings can be wheat or potato based and are sometimes made from a combination of wheat flour and stale bread or rolls (Also puffed rice is sometimes found in store dumpling mixtures).  

Potato soup So, we need- potato, water, onion, oil, carrot, mushrooms, celery, salt, parsley, garlic, flour Plot your cooking. Peel the onion and chop finely. Other vegetables and mushrooms clean and chop. Soak mushrooms. Fry onion in oil, add flour and fry until golden brown. Then pour in 1.5 liters of water, whisk and bring to a boil. Then add the chopped vegetables, potatoes and pre-soaked sponges. Potato soup cook until everything is soft. Season with garlic, to taste salt, marjoram and parsley and potato soup just briefly simmer.

Potato pancakes Ingredients: 8 large potatoes, 8 cloves of garlic,milk,flour,oil,1 egg,marjoram,salt. Procedure: Peel the potatoes and grate the garlic together. In a suitable bowl, mix the egg and a little milk, marjoram and salt. If necessary , we can slightly thicken with flour. Let mixture stand for twenty minutes and then fry pancakes. If the dough is too thin , can either add flour or liquid cast

Porridge Into the hot, slightly salted milk or water put oatmeal. Flakes cook, stirring 50-60 seconds. Then remove the lid from the heat, cover the pot and let stand for 5 minutes. Finished porridge mix and serve, to taste add fruit or other ingredients. The dose of milk can vary depending on the desired density of porridge.

Filling cakes We prepare smooth flour, two eggs, yeast, milk, sugar, oil, salt, butter with curd, poppy or jam. We make dough. Let rise. Than we fill cakes what we want. We make buns and put in the oven. Bake about 20 minutes. We sprinkle with sugar and serve.

Slice meat with potatoes Peel the potatoes, wash, cut and boil in salted water until soft. Bring milk to a boil and immediately not in use. While still hot mash it, add salt, add half of the butter and gradually put hot milk. CHICKEN CUTLET: 500 g chicken, salt, pepper, flour, breadcrumb, 2 eggs, 1 dl milk, oil for frying Cut the meat into slices. After both sides with salt and pepper. Within three deep dishes you prepare: 1) flour 2) two uncooked shelled eggs + milk + pinch of salt + pepper a little - all thoroughly mix 3) breadcrumbs Coat the meat in the first plate, then the second and finally the third. For better consistency packaging is good to proceed so that the coat in the first, then second, then first turn, second turn, and finally the third plate. Fry in a pan in a sufficient quantity of oil.

Drink We drink beer, limonade, coffee, coca cola and kofola in the Czech Republic. Favourite drink for adults is beer. Favourite drink for children is coca cola and kofola. Many people in the Czech Republic drink coffee.

Fruit We usually eat apples, strawberries, peaches, apricots, oranges, pineapples, tangerines, bananas,etc.….. We make apple cake also. We give pineapples to the pizza. We mix fruit salad, there are apple, pineapple, kiwi, orange, banana, grape and you can add fruit what do you like. Fruit is very healthy food and contain many vitamins.

Vegetable The classic vegetable in the Czech Republic are cabbage, carrot, tomatoes, onion and garlic. Someone eat everything with cabbage. People in the Czech Republic eat spinach, cucumber, pepper and other. Vegetable : tomato,cucumber,beans,pepper,carrot, broccoli, cabbage,leek and so on.
