Promotes the ongoing training of teachers, school managers and technical staff - Teachers begin to present more quality in the technical approach and better mastery of contents; - Progressive method based on the cultural contexts of each region; - All entities of the network become participants in the process of educating. Effective results methodology - Focus on expanding students' learning capacity; - Development of students' autonomy in the search for knowledge; - Growth of scholl grades in national assessments; - Salvador case: in 18 months it has increased 10 positions in state’s capital indices of education . ICEP team has been involved in the improving of Basic Education in the last 20 years

ICEP develops Socio-Political Mobilization strategies for Education Social co-responsibility for the development of education - It articulates the public, private sector and civil society; - Studente’s involvement in setting goals and proposals. Social Innovation in Education Field Broadens the political aspect of educational processes; - Appropriation by society of educational policies; - Nonpartisan and permanent process, independent of the managing group.
