WAYS WE COMMUNICATE WITH PARENTS SchoolMax Progress Reports via SchoolMax E-mail or phone Monthly Newsletters Agenda Books Wikipage

SchoolMax What is the Student Information System (SIS)? SchoolMAX, the new Student Information System, is a centralized, secure, web-based application for tracking and maintaining real-time student data. Ultimately, SIS will replace existing PGCPS student data systems, allowing for increased efficiency, accuracy, consistency, and completeness in obtaining student data. For instance, authorized users such as teachers, counselors, principals, and other school staff - can immediately access the records of transferred students; or principals can instantly identify which students are absent on a given day. Grades are available for viewing. Parents have been assigned an access code to view your child’s grades. If before this time any students are performing below standards, we will contact parents to discuss academic concerns. Please allow a two week window before viewing updated grades.
