In world cultures we study… All 7 continent's government economies religions history customs

Grades We take 3 test each 6 weeks At LEAST 10 daily grades each 6 weeks Students will have 5 days to retake a test for a 70 or for half their credit. Late work will be deducted 10 points each day it is late. (daily work & test grades)

Grades Continued… Students will NOT be allowed to redo daily assignments. If your child does not do well on a daily grade, they can complete a current event for extra credit. Current events can be found on my bulletin board outside my classroom OR on my webpage.

Extra Credit/Notes/Reviews Notes Students will be keeping all their notes in their interactive journals. They are responsible for keeping up with them and bringing them to class EVERYDAY! Test Reviews I rarely give a paper review, students play review games the day before and all the review games are located on my webpage under 'Test Reviews'. They can also review their notes in their journals.
