Vendor Delivery Issues We continue to have delivery issues with DSD deliveries, where in delivery drivers are not performing at expected level There is no system is place where we report the issues and expect resolutions Vendor partners have high expectations from delivery drivers but monitoring / follow up is lacking due to lack of consistent / meaningful feedback

Drivers Store Deliveries Communicate with sales Team Park in designated delivery truck area. Take Known Shortage Report into store and ask where to place order for Check in Place product in designated check in area Scan in all product with 7-11 personal Fill all Take Home items and place back stock in designated area Place all single serve in assigned space in Vault Rotate all full case product in vault Fill any Out of Stock items in vault Check for any returns and process through the 7-11 system. Vendor Delivery Issues- Reporting Call phone # provided by respective vendor with service issue Also Text Merchandise Committee member responsible for that issue Merchandising Committee member will reach out to Key account manager to appraise him / her about the situation Merchandise committee will compile the complaints on Monthly bases and monitor progress / deterioration Intent on both side is to reduce these issue and improve service Every qtr merchandising committee will have a meeting with vendors to access progress / make changes if needed
