The Quilt Explorer Attempts to Perfect the Past… Visit our exhibition, “Perfecting the Past,” to answer these questions. Find a quilt with yellow birds on it. How many birds do you count? Look for one of the quilts with squares on it. What colors are they? What is the name of the pattern? Find a quilt made by a woman named Christine between 1928 and 1930. Where is she from? What shapes do you see in her quilt? Look for a quilt with cowboys and Indians. Count the number of Indians and the number of cowboys you see.
