After School Activities Fall Activities that were cancelled: due to low enrollment Builder’s Club Drama Green Thumb Upcycled Art Lineup for winter activities should be ready by Thanksgiving Registration will begin in early December Looking for VP replacement for next year Choose what activities the school offers! Some vendors offer benefits such as free classes for your kids/a week of summer camp/etc.

Book Fair Preview night began tonight before the PTA meeting Tomorrow (Tues., 11/15) is another preview day Book Fair close Friday at 2 pm. Looking for volunteers for Family Night on Wednesday Volunteers needed, especially 3:30 – 6:00 pm. Expect lines! There will be as many registers open as there are volunteers. To volunteer: Email/Facebook/Facebook Live/SignUp Genius to volunteer! Contact Theresa Fletcher.

Principal’s Report Most parent/teacher conferences have concluded. 11/21 - Thanksgiving Luncheon. SignUp Genius went out today. Please volunteer. 11/23 - Next Wed – 2 hour early release. 11/28 – new food service – On the Road BBQ Cafeteria closed for purchases. The food truck will also sell regular lunches. Everyone is welcome! $4.25 for a meal. Parents are BOGO. Fun Fit Friday – three more Fridays before concluding for the season. Thank you for those setting up the book fair. Money was approved for a NEW playground! Start date: TBD Size is not expanding Thanks to PTA – team going to the technology conference in December in VA Beach. 11/28 - Paper-free Day – Green school initiative (1 day each quarter) 11/30 – School store is opening!
