Why I Chose this Career I love to cook & create dishes Passionate about this profession Desire to have my own restaurant and TV show Executive chefs can make $100k or more My second career choice is to become an advertising executive for television

How Much Will I Make Sous Chef- SC. Entry level = $45k, Mid-level= $60k, senior level $80k Sous Chefs - NY. Entry level = $55k, Mid-level= $70k, senior level $100k Executive Chefs - SC. Entry level = $30k, Mid-level= $35k, senior level $42k Executive Chefs - NY. Entry level = $35k, Mid-level= $40k, senior level $50k

My Career Pathway Finish High School (2018) Attend Trident Tech Culinary Courses (associates degree late 2019) (Part time sous chef & food truck) Attend Johnson and Wales Culinary Arts Institute (bachelor’s degree 2021) (Food Truck) Work as Chef in a major restaurant in Savannah (2021) Attend the CIA & FBI (Culinary Institute of America & Food and Beverage Institute, 2024) Work as Chef in a major restaurant in New York (2026) Open my restaurant (2028)

How am I Going to Pay for It Baptist Hill = work part time & full time in summer saving $3k Trident Tech = $4,000.00. $2k in scholarships & work for $2k & save $5k Johnson & Wales = $20k. $10k-scholarships, parents-$3k, work -$2k & save $5k CIA & FBI = $45k. 20k –Scholarships, $20k-Student loan, 5k – work Work in NY = save $30k, roommate, food truck – part time Open “The Greasy Spoon” = $50k, partners’ investments, bank loan.

Closing I want to have a career that is exciting I want to make good money I know it’s hard work
