Building the Domestic Church The Supreme Council has designated 10 outstanding Programs and Activities that carry the Domestic Church designation for this fraternal year. Four Domestic Church Programs are required for achieving the Columbian Award in the 2016-2017 year.

Columbian Award Changes for 2016-2017 Columbian Award Qualifications: Submit - Service Program Personal Report (#365) Submit – Annual Survey of Fraternal Activity (#1728) Annually conduct and report at least four (4) programs in each of the six categories of the Surge with Service Program AND at least (4) of those programs need to be designated as “Domestic Church” Programs.
