Covers area of 841,837 m2, of which 672 481 m2 or 80% represents plots for investors in agriculture, SMEs, greenhouses and similar agricultural production, sustainable energy and central facilities. In this zone, there are 111 plots whose sizes varying from 4,880 m2 to 8,500 m2, but would be divided or merged if neccessary. Plots for the central objects and objects of power plants are larger, from 11,285 m2 to 20,610 m2.
