Drive – Connect – Lead - Support Mission To drive commercialization within New York State’s Capital Region by leading the development of a supportive innovation infrastructure and connecting entrepreneurs to the startup ecosystem. Drive – Connect – Lead - Support

Program Details A program of ESD’s Division of Science Technology and Innovation (NYSTAR) One Hot Spot grantee in each of the ten REDC regions Aims to provide regional coordination of tech startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem Must consist of at lease one physical location where stakeholders can meet for creative collisions Eligible startups can receive five years of NYS tax exemptions and sales tax refunds Serves as a pathway into START UP NY
