Event Location Private parking lot on 11th and Bannock

Event Details Date: Saturday, November 12th Time: 4:00pm – 10:00pm Estimated number of attendees: 800-900 This was about the same number of people we had last year at the event This will be our 4th year throwing the party

Benefits Event Beneficiary: Not confirmed, but most likely the Boise Bicycle Project again. We will host a Bike Drive at the event. It was very successful last year. Benefits to the city: Live music event with free entry to all ages. This will bring people to Downtown Boise for a community event. We will have entertainment for all ages and everyone will have an incredible time. This will be an event to be looked forward to for years!

Event Footprint

Additional Details Security Plan – We’ve hired 4 security guards from MAVS Event Services. 2 will be stationed at the entrances/exits and 2 will be wandering through the event. Alcohol Service Provider – 10 Barrel Brewing Company Food Vendor – TBD (2-3 Food Trucks) Neighborhood Notification Plan – Neighbors will be notified 14 days prior to event. Trash/Recycle Plan – Renting recycle bins, have trash bins. Will rent 1 trash dumpster and 1 recycle dumpster at location.

Alcohol Service Area Alcohol will be allowed to be consumed in the entire event space. We will have trained and permitted staff members working at the entrance of the event checking I.D.s and putting custom 10 Barrel wrist bands on anyone over 21. Our Alcohol Managers will be wearing event shirts that state they are “Alcohol Managers” and they will be monitoring the event to make sure no one is overly intoxicated. We will be serving alcoholic beverages in green, non-see-thru plastic cups, all other beverages will be in clear plastic cups. Alcohol managers will be checking to make sure no one without a wristband is drinking out of a green cup.
