Officers can create meeting announcements with no dependence on webmaster availability and automatically have them display on a website. Members and the public may see meeting announcements and register for the upcoming meetings. vTools.GeoView - a knowledge base with examples of how mapping software (MS Street Maps, Yahoo!Maps, etc.) can be used to show membership distribution on a map to assist officers decide where to hold meetings, form new chapters, etc. http://vtools.ieee.org vtools@ieee.org
