Lesson Plan Learning Objectives Theory Practical Observation Basic Requirement Pre-Test Assessment Learning Objectives Theory Practical Observation Assessment What basic knowledge is required to teach this session! Pre-test to know the level of knowledge that they have and at what level we could provide the session to enhance their knowledge and skill

Case 1 A nursing college name “CARE” is visiting Aravind (Tirunelveli) to have 2 day exposure, which is a part of their curriculum. All the 30 nursing trainees are currently undergoing General Nursing and Midwife (GNM) training. Design a training schedule for this team!

Case 2 One of the eye hospitals from Nepal is planning to send 5 ophthalmic assistants for 1 week refresher training. 2 candidates are for Outpatient Training, 1 candidate is for Housekeeping and Stores training, 1 candidate is for Refraction Training and 1 candidate is for operation theatre training. Design a training schedule for this team!

Case 3 The training division is planning to have 1 day CME for the 3rd and 4th year MLOPs. The trainees belong to Outpatient, Operation, Inpatient and Refraction. Design a training program for this team!
