The company’s output is 100 000 rollers per month. JSC “SIA “AKONIT” “SIA “AKONIT” is an engineering company with wide manufacturing facilities. We produce rollers for belt conveyors of various design with external diameter from 57 to 194 mm, length of rollers up to 2 600 mm and with various axes ends upon the customer’s request. The company’s output is 100 000 rollers per month.

JSC “SIA “AKONIT” Facts Over 15 years since establishing production facilities in Kirov, our company has become one of the world’s largest manufacturers of conveyor rollers. Guided by logistics schemes and increasing volumes of orders, in 2015 we opened a new plant for conveyor rollers manufacturing in the city of Novokuznetsk. Total capacity of three factories in Vologda, Kirov and Novokuznetsk allow us to produce up to 100 000 conveyor rollers per month. Existing long-term contracts with major customers demonstrate our ability to fulfill partnership obligations.

Quality control policy All materials for manufacturing are checked on documentation, quantity and quality. Samples of new batches of incoming materials are sent to the central laboratory for research on conformity to characteristics and quality including chemical composition. Before shipment to the customer the finished products are tested (acceptance testing) in the laboratory on specialized stands. Verification of geometrical parameters Verification of the axial displacement Verification of the torque resistance Verification of the radial run-out Dynamic testing Testing in the dust chamber Moisture permeability testing
