CDA Meeting May 19, 2016

Introductions Neal Becker Jane O’Brien I’m going to tell you a little bit about Q2 and why we think you should consider us. Then Neal is going to talk about some specific product examples of things we do differently than others.

Who is Q2? OEM & Aftermarket parts & supplies for copiers and printers into the BTA dealer channel Started Q2 in 2007 Extensive industry experience Fastest growing IBPI vendor – 5 out of 6 years So, who is Q2? We sell OEM & Aftermarket parts & supplies for copiers and printers into the BTA dealer channel Neal and I along with our 3rd partner Started Q2 in 2007. The 3 or us and all of our employees have Extensive industry experience. When you talk to us, we typically understand what you’re talking about because we speak your language. I know a lot of you are IBPI members. We are proud that we have been the Fastest growing IBPI vendor – 5 out of the last 6 years. We could not have done that without consistently delivering on our promises.

Why consider aftermarket? Very Competitive Market As dealers, you need to do everything you can to gain a competitive advantage The reason we exist is because we save dealers money by providing real value How effectively we do that determines if we win and keep your business So, why should you consider the aftermarket? We all know this is a very competitive market. So much so that you sometimes compete with OEM branches on the same equipment that you are selling. As dealers, you are always trying to differentiate yourselves and do whatever you can to gain a competitive advantage. The reason we are able to be in business is because we save dealers money by providing real value. How effectively we do that determines : #1 if we win your business and #2 if we keep your business

Why Q2? Lowest Pricing in Industry OEM Equivalent Quality Supplier Relationships Access to some of the best suppliers in the world No quotas, No Rebates, No Games – Best Pricing up Front Proud to Provide Great Customer Service High Level of Integrity Product Availability Fully integrated with eAutomate PO Processor We know you have a lot of choices in aftermarket suppliers So why should you consider Q2? First and foremost because we offer the lowest price in the industry We do that by keeping our overhead and costs very low That’s why we only have 15 minutes on the agenda today! At the same time, we offer OEM equivalent quality – Neal will give you some examples of that in a few minutes Our experience has allowed us to build relationships with some of the best suppliers in the world. Our 3rd partner, Joe Steinberg has been to Asia more than 100 times meeting and building these relationships. That allows us to have great products and consistent quality on these products At Q2, we don’t have quotes, we don’t have rebates and we don’t play games. We offer you the best price up front so you know the actual cost of what you’re buying when you’re buying it. Proud to offer great customer service. We go out of our way to make our customers lives easier. We operate our business with a high level of integrity. We like to sleep at night. Product Availability – we have very high fill rates . We don’t have backorders very often and if we do they are usually pretty short term. And we will be able to provide you with an ETA. Fully integrated with PO processor – for eAuto users, this is a real time saver

Offer Unique Products OEMs don’t offer Product in a different configuration that makes more sense-eg. feed roller kit Problem solving products that save time, service calls and money Universal products –maintain fewer SKUs, stock less product, save money Niche products – eg. Samsung, Xerox We also try to offer some unique products to differentiate ourselves. These might be products that …… Neal will give you some specific examples of these in a minute.

Offer Significant Cost Saving Products On some OEM toners and drums, we offer better pricing than your OEM. Some compatible products offer tremendous savings vs OEM May be more savings than your entire OEM rebate We also try to offer products that provide very significant savings. On some of the OEM products that we sell, we can sell them for less than you can buy them from your OEM. Some of our compatible products offer tremendous savings vs OEM In some cases, these savings may be more than your entire OEM rebate Neal will give you an example of that as well. Now Neal will go through some specific products examples that differentiate us from others.
