"How would you describe your personality?" Journal Entry "How would you describe your personality?"

Key Vocabulary Personality- the organized pattern of behavioral characteristics of the individual. Extroverted- a person characterized by extroversion (the act of directing one's interest outward or to things outside the self. Introverted- a person characterized by concerns primarily with his or her own thoughts and feelings Carl Jung- a Swiss psychotherapist who founded analytical psychology. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator- assessment is a questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions.

Your presentation should: Briefly explain your personality type using the 4 letter symbols and the "Name”. Describe two major strengths that the group felt you could relate to, and one agreed upon weakness. Give a profile of the type of Career and Leadership qualities characterized by this personality. Conclusion: How can you use this knowledge to enhance your leadership skills in real world situations and answer any questions that arise in discussion. Follow grading rubric specifics.
