Important Documentation Issues TB – Training and Documentation Complex process – email panorama@fnpip.ca for refreshers or first time training Expectation is that nurses will enter their own skin tests If assistance required for large community screening, connect with Health Protection TB Services Staff can help with screening If you send someone for Chest Xray, call or email Health Protection as they monitor the process to make sure the films are read in a timely manner Contact: FNHATB@fnha.ca 1-844-364-2232 or 604-693-6998 fax: 604-689-3302
2. Common Errors Health Region – NOT an Aorg Panorama unhelpfully pre-populates this field when creating a client and uses your Aorg. YOU MUST CHANGE THIS EVERY TIME Please use legal name and PHN If client has another name they go by, enter it under Other Identification<Alias Please follow TB workflow EXACTLY. It is necessary to have all information entered. If you have questions please ask via the support email panorama@fnpip.ca
3. Auditing Have begun doing User Audits Looks at who users are, if they are using Panorama, and one privacy report that looks at SAME NAME access (Last name same as user) If you have not had your first Audit done, please contact us to schedule an on-line session (2-3 hours the first time) Data Quality reports will soon be available Will be able to see a report of what each user has been doing in Panorama
4. Immunization Coverage Reports To have these work correctly, need to ensure the basics are done for each client Complete AT LEAST First Nation part of Aboriginal Information page & assign client to the correct community on the Aboriginal Information page. Make sure on-reserve information is added to address if applicable You can run a list of clients for a given age group to make sure you haven’t missed any You can also do an advanced search for a given age group for a community to ensure none are INACTIVE (Inactive clients do not show up on the reports and they do not have a forecast either)
All training documents are on the support site: http://fnpip-public.sharepoint.com We keep them up to date and encourage you to go there when you need step-by-step information Quick guides do not have pictures Detailed guides have screen shots and are very detailed Let us know if you find any errors or confusing language Please follow the guides carefully – missing small steps can mess you up
