GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE ANNUAL GENEAL ASSEMBLY BOARD OF MANAGEMENT Meets annually on the last Wednesday of March. Made up of two delegates from each of the 40 National Federations BOARD OF MANAGEMENT Meets Quarterly. Made up of 1 delegate from each of the 40 National Federations. EXECUTIVE BOARD Meets monthly. Job Description of Secretary General Key accountabilities: MANAGEMENT: Oversee the operations of FASANOC Consult with the EB to develop long term objectives and strategic plan & its delivery Oversee Team Fiji’s preparation and participation at major multisport Games Maintain close working relationship with NFs and create opportunities for their capacity building FINANCE Continuously work towards making FASANOC financially viable Ensure financial operations are properly recorded and comply with Fiji Accounting Standards

Funding Protocols OLYMPIC SOLIDARITY National Activities shared 50% for Team Fiji and 50% for NF courses.
