Once again early indicators show that we have achieved above national results and we are pleased to report they are even higher than last year’s. Once these indicative results have been finalised I will be able to share the exact facts and figures with you. A huge congratulations to all the year 6 children, who have truly worked their socks off this year, and I can safely say their secondary schools are very lucky to be teaching them in September. I would also like to thank the entire staff team for the huge part they have played in the children’s success. Medication; Please collect medication from the school office if your child no longer needs it in school. Year 6 parents needs to collect their child’s medication from the school office on the last day of term. Thank you Parent Governor: There will be a parent governor vacancy in July. After School Club: Please be aware that there will be no after school club on the last day of term, Friday 21st July.

All dinner money must be paid before the summer holidays. We are not allowed to have any dinner money outstanding after the end of the school year. Well done Year 3. There were 46 lates this week which affected 5 classes. Please ensure your children arrive at school on time. The bell goes at 8.55am. Children need to arrive at school between 8.45am and 8.55am, in order to undertake early morning work. Therefore we will continue to record poor punctuality. If children arrive after 8.55am, they will be recorded in the late book and their parents/carers will be asked to sign the late book and record the reason why.
