FinxS Open 360° Feedback

Open 360 uses Open 360 is a tool to provide feedback on an individual’s performance. It is used to measure skills, competencies and behaviours of an individual. It combines an individual’s self-assessment with feedback from managers, peers and direct reports anonymously into one report.   Open 360 feedback is used to plan and map specific paths in an individual’s performance and / or development.

Open 360 Reports Process Create the questionnaire Up load a spreadsheet of respondents Invites and reminders are automatically sent from the system Generate the report Just to remind you of the Open 360 process….

Likert Scale: This question type has Question types There are three types of questions and two formatting functions used to create an Open 360 Questionnaire. These are: Likert Scale: This question type has a scale of 3, 5, or 7. Open Scale: This question type has a scale of any number between 1 and 10.

Question types Open Questions: These are used to give participants the opportunity to provide additional feedback in their own words on the performance of the person being assessed. Note: Select either likert scale or open scale for your questions, you cannot use both.
