Have you ever heard about bullying? What is bullying? Have you ever been bullied ? Do you know someone who has been bullied? Have you ever bullied someone without noticing how much it hurts?

What is bullying? People have different meanings and opinions of bullying each person see’s bullying in a way. Some think it’s fighting or kicking someone, others see it when you give harsh nicknames to people or when you say mean things to others. They’re all right!

Have you ever been bullied ? Or do you know someone who has been bullied?

Did I do something wrong with me? I personally know a friend who used to be bullied when she was younger. Kids used to make fun of her body, they gave her harsh nicknames, they called her “fat”, “ugly”, and “different” She was a victim. She had nothing to do with it. Am I really what they say I am? Why me? Am I sick?

Some types of bullying: physical bullying, It happens when you kick, punch, push someone in purpose in order to get what you want. Verbal bullying, It is when you give other’s harsh names or making jokes of their religion or gender or whatever else.. Indirect bullying, it happens when you spread rumors about others. Social alienation is when a bully rejects someone and keeps that person away from a group Intimidation, is when bullies scares and intimidate someone else to do or to get what the bully wants. Cyber bullying, is when you use the Internet to send emails or messages to frighten others.

Some facts about bullying 160,000 kids in the US stay home every day because of bullying. Over 3.2 million students are victims of bullying each year.

HOW CAN WE MAKE BULLYING STOP? Not only kids bully even adults do! Bullying is an act caused by anger or depression and that might happen to anyone in all different ages. HOW CAN WE MAKE BULLYING STOP?

1-Anger management Anger is normal and its even healthy but when it gets out of control it should stop! But how can we make it stop? We can make it stop if we could control and manage our anger How to control our anger: 1-Take a deep breath 2-Go to yoga classes “for adults” 3-Change the situation you’re in. 4-Don’t think of what made you mad think of what can you do to make it stop.

2-Be positive!
