Class News Mrs. Guyton’s Room Oct 31- Nov 4 A Note from the Teacher Test Please discuss with your child the behavior that is expected from them in the classroom. We have a lot to learn before the holiday break. Also, please make sure that you read with your children every night. You will be getting books that are on your child’s instructional level. Please return these books everyday we need them. Perfect Attendance in November! Students with perfect attendance in November will be entered in a drawing for a special lunch with the principals!* No Absences, No Check-Outs, or No Tardies* Parents with children of Perfect Attendance will be entered to win a $25 gift card! Spelling Test – Friday Math Test - Friday Remind Please sign up for remind updates. I send important class information. To sign up the text the message @23adg to the number 81010. What we Learning Reminder Please check and sign the planner and take home folder every night! This is our main form of communication. Math: Multiplication and Division Reading: Compare and contrast two informational text about the same topic written by two different author. Writing: Informative/Explanatory- introduce a topic, use facts and definitions to develop points and write a concluding statement Language-: Irregular verbs, main topic of multiparagraph text. Story Time Story time is just a phone call away. The Flowood Library is offering a series of recorded stories that are suitable for all ages. To hear these great stories dial 601-919-2090.
