Broken arm and leg A Tulsa couple were charged with the abuse of a 1-year-old boy who was taken to an urgent-care facility with broken limbs and a human bite mark on his face. Andrew Garrison Rostamo, 21, was charged with felony child abuse, accused of beating his girlfriend's 1-year-old son, fracturing his arm and leg, causing multiple bruises and biting him in early to mid-February, according to the records.
