JOINT HAZARD ASSESSMENT TEAM (JHAT) JHAT Purpose: provide sweeps and monitoring for hazards at events US Secret Service has been conducting sweeps and monitoring at VIP events for decades Over the last 10 years JHATS have developed to include several other specialized agencies
