Process Flow for the Evaluation and Approval Road Project Proponents DOT or DPWH Central Office Proposals transmitted to DOT and DPWH Regional Offices for Evaluation Submission to DOT and DPWH Central Office for Validation, Review, Consolidation and Programming DOT and DPWH prepares Annual Tourism Road Infrastructure Program: 1. Results of evaluation A. Proposals that are in the regular DPWH program B. Proposals that meet the criteria in the order of priority ranking a. Within the budget (fiscal space) b.
