Quality and standardisation meetings Ensuring full independence Full EPA training programmes Management of conflict of interest Partnership working NCFE will ensure there is absolute compliance with the Apprenticeship Reform policy. Selecting the most appropriate assessors from across our Centre Network or direct recruitment if required to create a service which can meet demand in a timely way. In order too do this affectively we need to have a clear understanding of demand for the EPA service, so we can ensure we have the right number of assessor are trained and ready. We will manage ‘conflict of interest and ensure Independence when allocating learner work loads. Annual standardisation meetings, training workshops and connectivity across the group ensure we have the highest quality and standards to benefit our collective clients in the employer market. Integrity is at the heart of everything we do and as an AAO and AO we intend to continue on this path providing a quality service nationally. How will we do this …. Partnership working - Will recruit for our EPA assessor via our centres who work with us as their EPA provider. We may also recruit directly – this depends completely on the requirements of the standards. Not all the standards requires a national team who need to be on-site to service the EPA assessment. The infrastructure require for the each individual standards will be different and we will have a recruitment plan to meet those needs. At the moment the demand for the EPA assessor is purely based on the demand of our EPA service. The Opportunity to you - Utilisation of your Assessing team – any surplus Provide an income for EPA to off set the cost of EPA assessment Trained internal resource to conduct EPA mock assessment for your learners.
