2017-2018 Discipleship > Membership Qualitative Goal: Experience transformational spiritual growth Quantitative Goal: Double Worship Attendance Strategy: Integrate Mission into Church Council/Governing Board

Integrated Leadership Effort Pastor: Provide vision/mission clarity for transformational Word & Sacrament Ministry ELC Director: Lead staff to provide exceptional care & build 6 bridges to church President: Manage the Institution for the sake of the mission Business Mgr: Supply simple-to-comprehend “Dashboard” of Peace vital signs Elders: Worship & Prayer for/with Those Called to Peace Witness & Outreach: Invitations to each worship series; welcoming guests Discipleship/Education: Develop small groups & other systems to make disciples Mission: Involve us in local, regional, national and international outreach (Acts 1.8) Fellowship: Organize “Shalom Wellness Experiences” (including improved brunch) Stewardship: 50% increase in number of households that tithe/give first fruits
