Current situation Chapter 5: Public Procurement Mandatory use of CPV LPP Article 43 The Commom Procurement Vocabulary – CPV is a nomenclature of goods, services and works which is used in a public procurement procedure. The subject of public procurement shall be determined by using terminology and phrases established by a unique vocabulary of public procurement. The Commom Procurement Vocabulary shall be published on the Public Procurement Portal.
