Grade 9 Trip Meeting Where to? Montreal and Quebec City How? By bus Cost: $900-$1100 Signed Permission and $100 deposit due by Thursday October 24th, 2013 Dates: Friday May 30th, 2014 – June 4th, 2014 4 people per room (student selection)

Grade 9 Trip Meeting In order for students to be eligible to take part in this trip they must be in good standing throughout the school year. Students must demonstrate that they are trustworthy and responsible, who will act as good ambassadors for Brookside Junior High. Students must agree to the following expectations in order to maintain their eligibility.

Grade 9 Trip Meeting Students must put forward their best effort in school working to their potential. Students must demonstrate a high level of respect towards staff, peers and school property. Students must be trustworthy and self disciplined! School expectations regarding our Code of Conduct/PEBS matrix must be adhered to. Students who cannot be trustworthy and responsible in school will not be eligible to travel thousands of miles away to be in our care. A student whose eligibility is in question will have their profile reviewed by our school team, you will be contacted, and a meeting will be set. All necessary requirements must be met (consent forms, deposit, health form).
