Shape of Training

3 Question 1. How are patient codes used in your trust? Are consultants coded to patients even if SAS doctors are responsible for them? What could be done to help change this at a local and national level? 2. Do you currently, or in the future, feel that you will have a recruitment problem for Breast Clinicians? Is there a shortage of doctors with these skills? Are these roles typically filled by Associate Specialists in your trust, and if so will this be a future problem now the AS grade is closed? 3. What is your attitude towards SAS grade doctors working autonomously?
