What could be done to help change this at a local and national level? 2. Do you currently, or in the future, feel that you will have a recruitment problem for Breast Clinicians? Is there a shortage of doctors with these skills? Are these roles typically filled by Associate Specialists in your trust, and if so will this be a future problem now the AS grade is closed? 3. What is your attitude towards SAS grade doctors working autonomously?
