Self Awareness – network to develop skills you lack Energy – it takes energy to build up your network Focus and Vision – what do you want out of your network? Patience & Drive – a solid network doesn’t happen overnight Flexibility – you must be willing to try new things Self Assurance – if you believe in yourself, others will be drawn to you Expertise – have something to offer Socially Perceptive – recognize what others need
