“Christmas Noodle Cake” December 25th is Christmas. It is the day when Jesus Christ was born and it has been celebrated since ancient times. The word Christmas came from the word Christ(Jesus) and the word Mas(mass). The X in the word X-Mas stands for Christ in ancient Greek. About Christmas White, red and green are the symbolic Christmas colors. White stands for purity and innocence, red stands for love and sacrifice, and green stands for hope and eternal life. Today’s Christmas noodle cake is made of fruits of these three colors!

“Christmas Noodle Cake” Merry Christmas! Ho ho ho~ Product Ansungtangmyun Ingredients Qt. Unit Instant noodles 1 ea onion 30 g stock powder 7 garlic cloves 15 bacon 2 strip milk 200 apple 20 mozzarella cheese 100 kiwi 80 olive oil Ts small tangerine

“Christmas Noodle Cake” 1 instant noodles (Ansungtangmyeon) ■ Ingredients 1 instant noodles (Ansungtangmyeon) apple kiwi tangerine bacon cheese onion garlic stock powder milk olive oil

“Christmas Noodle Cake” 1. Preheat the oven to 200℃. 2. Slice the garlic cloves 0.3cm thin. 3. Chop the apple and onion into 2*2*2cm triangles. 4. Peel the kiwi. Cut it in half lengthways and slice the halves 1cm thin. 5. Peel the tangerine and split the segments. 6 Chop the bacon 1cm thin. 7. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2 min. Rinse in cold water and drain them. 8. Drizzle some olive oil onto a heated pan. Stir-fry the sliced garlic. 9. When the garlic starts to turn brownish, add the onion and keep stir-frying. 10. When the onion softens, add the bacon and keep stir-frying. 11. When the stir-fry mingles together, add the milk and the stock powder and boil to make the sauce. 12. When the sauce starts to boil, add the drained noodles. Boil it down for one more minute. 13. Place the noodles with sauce, mozzarella cheese, and the half of the prepared apple and tangerine in layers in a foil dish. Bake it in the preheated oven for 5 min. 14. Decorate the noodle cake with the sliced kiwi, the leftover apple and tangerine, and Christmas cake decorations.

“Christmas Noodle Cake” Chop the ingredients. Merry Christmas Cook the noodles. Stir-fry. Make the sauce. Layer the noodles, cheese, noodles, fruits, and cheese again in a dish. Baking Enjoy! Decorate the noodle cake!
