Rules the nations with a rod of iron Prophecy: Psalm 2:8-9 8'Ask of Me, and I will surely give the nations as Your inheritance, And the very ends of the earth as Your possession. 9'You shall break them with a rod of iron, You shall shatter them like earthenware.'" Fulfillment: Revelation 12:5 5 And she gave birth to a son, a male child, who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron; and her child was caught up to God and to His throne.

Life comes through faith in Him Prophecy: Psalm 2:12 12 Do homage to the Son, that He not become angry, and you perish in the way, For His wrath may soon be kindled. How blessed are all who take refuge in Him! Fulfillment: John 20:31 31 but these have been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you may have life in His name.

From the mouth of infants Prophecy: Psalm 8:2a 2 From the mouth of infants and nursing babes You have established strength Fulfillment: Matt 21:15-16 15 But when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonderful things that He had done, and the children who were shouting in the temple, "Hosanna to the Son of David," they became indignant 16 and said to Him, "Do You hear what these children are saying?" And Jesus said to them, "Yes; have you never read, 'OUT OF THE MOUTH OF INFANTS AND NURSING BABIES YOU HAVE PREPARED PRAISE FOR YOURSELF'?"

Humiliation and exaltation Prophecy: Psalm 8:5-6 5 Yet You have made him a little lower than God, And You crown him with glory and majesty! 6 You make him to rule over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet, Fulfillment: Hebrews 2:5-9 5 For He did not subject to angels the world to come, concerning which we are speaking...For in subjecting all things to him, He left nothing that is not subject to him. Judge the world in righteousness Prophecy: Psalm 9:7-8 7 But the LORD abides forever; He has established His throne for judgment, 8 And He will judge the world in righteousness; He will execute judgment for the peoples with equity.
