natural communication The comprehensible input has vocabulary that remains in bounds. It uses vocabulary and structures that the students are familiar with and also has LOTS of cognates!

Movie Talk is the activity in which the teacher uses movie clips with only musical or silent backgrounds. This allows the teacher/student to describe the action in the clip.
